I really like the COSLUS cordless water flosser. I use it every night. Before I started using the water flosser, I had bleeding gums. Now, no bleeding at all. I would definitely buy COSLUS again and would not hesitate giving it as a gift.

FAQs
E40 cordless water flosser offers a wider pressure range for different users and oral care needs, making it suitable for the whole family. Even one person may need different pressure in different areas—for example, a gentler setting for sensitive gums on one side and a stronger clean for healthier areas on the other. With dial pressure control, you can adjust the pressure when you clean.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 66 reviews.
Filling the tank is straightforward, and I usually empty whatever water is left when I’m finished. It doesn’t take much extra maintenance.
I’ve taken it on a couple of short trips. It’s not tiny, but being cordless makes it easy enough to pack, and I didn’t have to bring a charger for a weekend away.
It’s become part of my routine before bed. I brush first, use the E40, rinse everything out, and I’m done.
My husband and I both use it, but we prefer different pressure levels. That’s probably the feature we appreciate most.
I have a crown in the back and I pay extra attention around that area. The adjustable pressure makes it easier to clean there without feeling too aggressive.
I mostly use the standard tip, but I’ve tried the other attachments too. I like having options instead of needing a separate tool for everything.
Not having a cord makes it much easier to use around the sink. It also keeps my bathroom counter looking less cluttered.
I don’t charge it very often, which is one of the things I like most. I just keep it on the bathroom counter and top it up when needed.
The tank is a good size for me. I can usually finish my normal routine without stopping to refill it.
My mouth feels noticeably fresher after using it, especially around the back teeth. I like running the stream slowly along the gumline.
I use it a lot after dinner, especially if I’ve eaten meat or anything that gets stuck between my teeth. It’s nice not having to pick at those spots with floss.
I still use string floss sometimes, but I reach for the E40 more often because it’s quicker and I’m more consistent with it.
This was my first water flosser. The first couple of uses were a little messy, but I figured it out quickly. After a few days it just became part of my nighttime routine.
Cleaning around braces takes me less effort with this. I still brush normally, but the water stream helps get around the brackets where food tends to get stuck.
My gums can be pretty sensitive, so I was worried a water flosser would feel too strong. Starting on a low setting made a big difference, and it feels much more comfortable than I expected.
I started around level 3 and slowly moved up to 6. I like that I can turn it down when my gums feel sensitive and use a stronger setting when I want a deeper clean.
I was surprised by how much control the dial gives you. I expected a couple of pressure options, but being able to fine-tune it made it much easier to get comfortable.
I really like the device. I use it constantly, as oral hygiene is of fundamental importance; it replaces dental floss and provides a spectacular clean.

COSLUS E40 10-Level Dial Pressure Control Cordless Water Flosser
It's difficult to fill the reservoir in a small sink because of it's length and the fill slots position, otherwise it works great and better than my old one.

COSLUS E40 10-Level Dial Pressure Control Cordless Water Flosser
Bit tricky to use - keep spraying myself with water! I am sure it’s just a matter of getting used to it and when I use the higher settings as not much of an impact on teeth hygiene at moment
