Filling the tank is straightforward, and I usually empty whatever water is left when I’m finished. It doesn’t take much extra maintenance.
I’ve taken it on a couple of short trips. It’s not tiny, but being cordless makes it easy enough to pack, and I didn’t have to bring a charger for a weekend away.
It’s become part of my routine before bed. I brush first, use the E40, rinse everything out, and I’m done.
My husband and I both use it, but we prefer different pressure levels. That’s probably the feature we appreciate most.
I have a crown in the back and I pay extra attention around that area. The adjustable pressure makes it easier to clean there without feeling too aggressive.
I mostly use the standard tip, but I’ve tried the other attachments too. I like having options instead of needing a separate tool for everything.
Not having a cord makes it much easier to use around the sink. It also keeps my bathroom counter looking less cluttered.
I don’t charge it very often, which is one of the things I like most. I just keep it on the bathroom counter and top it up when needed.
The tank is a good size for me. I can usually finish my normal routine without stopping to refill it.
My mouth feels noticeably fresher after using it, especially around the back teeth. I like running the stream slowly along the gumline.
I use it a lot after dinner, especially if I’ve eaten meat or anything that gets stuck between my teeth. It’s nice not having to pick at those spots with floss.
I still use string floss sometimes, but I reach for the E40 more often because it’s quicker and I’m more consistent with it.
This was my first water flosser. The first couple of uses were a little messy, but I figured it out quickly. After a few days it just became part of my nighttime routine.
Cleaning around braces takes me less effort with this. I still brush normally, but the water stream helps get around the brackets where food tends to get stuck.
My gums can be pretty sensitive, so I was worried a water flosser would feel too strong. Starting on a low setting made a big difference, and it feels much more comfortable than I expected.
I started around level 3 and slowly moved up to 6. I like that I can turn it down when my gums feel sensitive and use a stronger setting when I want a deeper clean.
I was surprised by how much control the dial gives you. I expected a couple of pressure options, but being able to fine-tune it made it much easier to get comfortable.
I’d recommend it to someone who wants a water flosser but is worried about the pressure being too intense. Being able to start low and adjust gradually makes it much easier to get used to.
For me, the value is mostly in how often I actually use it. I’ve bought oral-care gadgets before that ended up in a drawer, but this one has stayed in my routine.
My old flosser only had a few pressure settings, so the dial is the biggest difference for me. I can make smaller adjustments instead of jumping from too weak to too strong.

I love my new water flosser. If you have doubts about trying it for bleeding gums, just give it a try. I have barely been using it for 2 weeks, and the bleeding has almost resolved. For context, I have been to several dentists in the last 5 years for this issue. I wish I had found out about this much earlier. I would have saved myself so many dental visits and, of course, money.

This irrigator holds much more water than my old model. Even ful of water it seems much easier to manage as I use it on both the top and lower teeth. bfore having to refill or add water. I also find this model easier to fill with water. I am very pleased with the way this newer model dislodges left behind hidden food. Left behind after I had flossed my teeth with a tooth pick or regular flossing material. I do enjoy the WFP14 (New) irrigator.
