As it turned out, it’s just cheap Chinese junk that can’t be repaired. I couldn't even take it apart, and all I needed to do was replace the battery. What a nightmare.
So far I’ve used this file for 5 sets and I love it!! It doesn’t stop when using pressure which was the problem I had with my cheap one. I’m just starting out and so far it is perfect for my needs, also love that it’s cordless. Can’t talk on how long the charge lasts as I just plug it in while I’m prepping my nails and gluing my tips on but I haven’t had any problems with the charge so much. Genuinely love this product.
I used my two times and it stop working. I have changed it and it does not turn on only the lights. Also it makes the noise that it trying to move but it does move.
I really like this product nail tool. It does really good for my nails. It definitely sharpens all the right places but eventually if you’re plugging it into the wrong charger, it starts to make noises and I’m a little concerned I do not want this thing to blow up in my face or anything. so I’m a little worried about but overall I like I like the nail drill.
